Labour Friends of Palestine and the Middle East event regarding the future for a Palestinian State. Moat Housing and A4e roundtable regarding housing and employment. Renewable UK event regarding the Labour Party’s Green Policy Review.
- Tuesday - Royal Town Planning Institute event entitled 'Planning a new world order: will the new planning system work?’ Meeting with Centrica regarding the Green Deal and the UK microgeneration sector. Localis roundtable entitled ‘No Time to Waste: Innovative ways to deliver a zero-waste economy’. Fabian Society roundtable entitled ‘Fuel Poverty: Is Market Liberalisation the Answer?’ Ed Miliband’s speech. Speaking on the panel at a Foreign Policy Centre event entitled ‘Energy in an uncertain world: how do we achieve a low carbon and secure future?’
- Wednesday - NEA, Energy Intensive Users Group, CHPA roundtable entitled ‘What Place for Consumers in Energy Policy?’ Speaking at an Associate Parliamentary Renewable and Sustainable Energy Group event entitled ‘Green jobs: creating the right environment’.
- Thursday – Saturday – Representing the Energy and Climate Change Select Committee at the Inter-Parliamentary Meeting on Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency in Stockholm and speaking in a regional workshop entitled ‘promoting renewable on the national, regional and local level.
- Sunday – Southampton Labour Party all members 2012 manifesto meeting at the MP3 Centre in Redbridge.
