Some meetings from Alan's diary this week...
14th-20th September 2009
Monday- South East regional select committee meeting; meeting residents in Coxford
Tuesday- visits the Southampton Boat Show and meetign representatives from the British Marine Federation.
Wednesday- visiting five constituents in their homes in an extension of his constituency surgery.
Thursday-as part of National Children's Centre Week, Alan will visit Sure Start in Millbrook and watch a family carnival parade. Afterwards, he is being interviewed by a Southampton University student about synthetic biology. In the afternoon, Alan will be outside the Quays Leisure Centre, asking users to sign a petition to prevent the centre being privatised and in the evening, Alan will report to a meeting of Southampton Labour Party members.
Friday- business open day at Regus, Southampton Airport; then more Save the Quays campaigning. Later on, Alan will hold his fourth constituency surgery of the month.
Saturday- Alan will visit Sure Start in Millbrook for the 'Daddy Cool' Dads' Club before holding his fourth constituency surgery of the month. He will then watch the Saints v Yeovil Town match
