September 21st-27th: HMOs, the port, Standards & Privileges Committee
- Monday- Special Needs Play Forum; interviewed on Awaaz 87.7 FM about work in the community; speaking in the evening at a Friends of the Earth public meeting on renewable energy.
- Tuesday- Standards and Privileges Select Committee meeting; meeting on establishing an All Party Parliamentary Group on the European Supergrid.
- Wednesday- constituency correspondence
- Thursday- in Belfast with the All Party Parliamentary Group for Balanced and Sustainable Communities to see the methods the Belfast City Council Planning Section are using to regulate houses in multiple occupation.
- Friday- Port City Futures meeting.
- Saturday- fifth constituency surgery of the month; meeting residents in Shirley.
- Sunday- traveling to Brighton for the Labour Party Conference.
