My interview with Cantell School Students

PART_1426757796200_mms_img886495250.jpgYesterday (Thursday 19th March) I was interviewed by students of Cantell School for the BBC’s school’s report project.

The two intrepid reporters asked me about my time as an MP, quizzed me on my voting record and the changes I’ve seen in Southampton.

We also spoke at length about our cities diversity and Channel 4’s programme Immigration Street, which they strongly opposed.

After the interview,I chatted with the news team and had a selfie with a few of its members. Good luck to all the students involved in getting the package broadcast, it was great to meet you all.
